Sunday, August 24^{th -} 6:00 - 8:00 pm-----Friends of New Orleans Welcome Party at Colorado Convention Center (Notes:  Food & Drink provided; dress is business casual; buses will pick members of our delegation up at 5:30 pm from the Doubletree Hotel & will depart the Convention Center at exactly 8:00 pm to return to the Doubletree.)

Monday, August 25^{th -} 7:45 am ----- DPG Delegation Breakfast in Grand Ballroom 3 & 4, Doubletree Hotel Denver (Note:  Breakfast will be served beginning at 7:45; our official delegation business meeting will begin at 8:15. Most mornings we will have special guest speakers.  Credential distribution will begin immediately after our delegation meeting is over.) Sponsored by: Home Depot 

3:00 pm----------Democratic National Convention – Gavel down at Pepsi Center, Denver CO (Note:  DNCC Transportation shuttles begin departing from the Doubletree Hotel en route to the Pepsi Center each day at 1 pm and will continue running until 4:30 pm.  Return trip - Shuttles will run from the Pepsi Center to the Doubletree each day from 9 – 11 pm.)

10:00 am – 12:00 pm ------Delegate Service Day (Note:  This project required pre-registration.  If you have not signed up, please check the DNCC website at www.demconvention.com/delegates 2008/ to see if opportunities are still available.  President Carter will be participating in this day of service with the GA Delegation and will be joining us at the park.)
