San Francisco Mayor candidate Lonnie S. Holmes, M.P.A tells the New York Times July 12, 2007
Lonnie Holmes, a juvenile probation manager. Mr. Holmes, a Democrat, is trying to run on a platform of representing the city’s poorer people. “I think that what happens in San Francisco is that people beneath a certain income level cease to exist in the eyes of the political establishment,” said Mr. Holmes, 47, and the father of five.
