Paul Rancatore is Back in the Race!
My desire to help our community has never diminished. I withdrew from this race due to my mother’s battle with cancer, a battle that she is fighting with every breath and ounce of energy. This battle places incredible pressures on a family – physically, emotionally and financially. My family is no different. As we fight this battle with my mother, I discovered just how seriously the health care crisis affects us all.
My obligations of time and financial support for my family prevented me from running a Congressional campaign, and I did not want to impose on my volunteers and contributors when I could not dedicate 100% of my own time.
I am pleased to announce that I have been able to make changes in my professional career that will allow me to meet my obligations as a son, husband, Air Force Reserve Officer and full-time candidate. My own family’s health crisis has motivated me even more to serve in Congress, so that I can address the issue of affordable health care and help relieve the burden on families and caregivers.
